Is Kris Gethin On Steroids? We Examined!

Muscle and ripping are two completely different things, although both require you to hold a significant amount of muscle mass. You see, to get muscular all you need to do is train like a gym animal, eat really well (don't hold back), and get plenty of rest. The result is a muscular body that also carries a lot of fat. While you look great in a t-shirt, supplement companies won't ask you to endorse their products.

Ripping, on the other hand, is a whole different beast. Rift means that not only are you carrying a considerable amount of muscle mass, but you also have crazy definitions and vessels. In short, your body should act as a substitute for an anatomy diagram in a biology class when the actual diagram is absent.

Most people find out soon enough that muscle is difficult to build, but it is almost impossible to build muscle to achieve. After all, you have to eat to grow big, but you also have to stop eating to lose fat. The tearing is therefore almost a contradiction in terms.

That's not to say it's totally impossible to be shredded or torn up. It only lasts for years after years of consistent hard work and dieting. So give yourself no less than three years if your goal is to look like a human anatomy diagram. For most people, it can take up to five years.

As you can imagine, there aren't many people with this patience. What if you could have your dream body in less than a year? This is exactly what anabolic steroids are all about.

Steroids allow you to build muscle and burn fat at the same time, greatly reducing the time it takes to build a great body. However, they also come with a host of deadly side effects, which is why steroid use is such a controversial topic.

Most steroid users are unwilling to admit the use of these substances as they are labeled as scammers. Moreover, if something should happen to them, people will say they brought it with them.

In today's society, however, there's an even more sinister reason to turn down steroid allegations. And that reason is money. You see, if you look like a Greek god today and post him on social media, it won't be long before thousands of naive people knock on your door asking you to show them your way. You can then put together a 'program' and milk them dry.

Unfortunately, this is how most fitness social media stars work. One of the most popular bodybuilders on social media is Kris Gethin. Could this famous natural bodybuilder take us away too? This article aims to find out if Kris Gethin takes steroids.

Kris Gethin is one of the most respected figures in the bodybuilding community. In addition to being a bodybuilder, the 45-year-old is an entrepreneur and writer who has a column on

While Kris may be 45 years old, he has a body that most natural bodybuilders would die for in their twenties. Kris carries between 185 and 225 pounds of pure Welsh muscle. He has a huge social network that draws on not only his wonderful insights into bodybuilding matters, but his physique, which seems reasonably achievable.

Kris is a big guy, don't get us wrong. But he's by no means a mass monster, and he doesn't have an insanely low body fat percentage either. With a body fat percentage of around 10 percent, his physique can be achieved naturally if you work hard enough in the gym and kitchen for a few years. That said, you also need to have excellent genetics as most people are unlikely to reach the kris level naturally.

Just because Kris' physique looks like it can be achieved naturally doesn't mean the man got it naturally.

You see, the man runs an online fitness brand that sells both nutritional supplements and fitness programs. Therefore, the success of his business depends to a large extent on having and caring for a figure. If that's not incentive enough for anyone to use steroids, then we don't know what it is.

On his profile, Kris is listed as a natural bodybuilder. However, on his company's website, Kris doesn't state that he is natural, which we find very interesting. In his work, it would serve him best to explain that he is natural so that more people can come to him. The fact that he does not openly state that he is natural, despite numerous people accusing him of steroid use, makes him look suspicious.

Even so, Kris has taken part in two "natural" bodybuilding shows. the Natural World Bodybuilding Championships and the Natural Idaho Championships. However, both shows only require that you have not used steroids in the past seven years.

Why didn't Kris take part in these competitions since there are lifelong drug-free bodybuilding competitions? Why put your chances of winning at risk when you are up against someone who may have used steroids in the past?

Even so, we can't use speculation to determine if he's on the juice. Let's find out if he has steroids or not based on facts.

The best way to tell if someone is on the sauce is to compare them to signs of steroid use, which we are going to do, these signs include:

  • Abnormal transformations

As mentioned earlier, muscle building is extremely slow. So if you see someone gaining several pounds of muscle in just a few months, there is a high chance they are being exposed to anabolic exogenous steroids.

Anabolic steroids are known to increase the amount of lean muscle mass by up to 30 pounds in less than a year. It should take no less than three years to naturally accomplish such an achievement.

This is because most muscle building steroids are artificial versions of testosterone, the body's primary muscle building hormone. However, the body greatly reduces the amount of this hormone once you reach your 20s. This is why building muscle naturally is so difficult. By increasing the levels of testosterone in your body, anabolic steroids allow muscle to be built up quickly.

One of the reasons Kris has been accused of steroid use is because of a transformation picture he posted a while ago. In the photo, Kris went from fat and muscular to torn and muscular in just three months.

Sure, when you are losing fat and being muscular, that's exactly what is expected, right? Well, that's true, but you should also be losing a significant amount of muscle mass. In Kris' transformation, however, he didn't lose an ounce of muscle, but was incredibly shredded. In fact, it seemed to have gotten bigger, which of course is impossible.

But you remember that anabolic steroids will help you burn while maintaining muscle mass, right?

If you've been in the game for a while then you know how incredibly difficult it is to build a decent set of shoulders. However, it is almost impossible to get 3D delts and molehills for traps.

This is not the case for steroid users. The shoulder muscles are incredibly difficult to develop, but they also contain most of the androgen receptors in the body. This means that in the presence of androgenic hormones like testosterone, muscles with a higher number of androgen receptors will grow faster than the others.

Because of this, most steroid users have exemplary shoulder muscle development. While Kris doesn't have delts like an IFBB professional's, he still has excellent traps and delts, and that's not the problem. The problem is, in his 12th transformation, they seemed to have appeared out of nowhere.

Kris Gethin is a good guy, and it would be a shame if someone disregarded his legendary work ethic and attributed Kris's successes to steroids, least of all to us.

As mentioned earlier, the only way to know with absolute certainty whether Kris has steroids or not is to take his blood sample to an accredited drug testing organization like the USADA.

However, since we are only determining the likelihood that he will be using steroids, the likelihood is very high that Kris has taken steroids at some point in his bodybuilding journey.

In fact, our hypothesis is that Kris used anabolic steroids in the early stages of his bodybuilding journey and later switched to legal steroids to help him maintain his gains. Unlike anabolic steroids, legal steroids don't have the side effects that made anabolic steroids notorious.

Legal steroids are in fact made from herbal ingredients and are referred to simply as steroids due to their powerful muscle building properties. We believe Kris is using this these days and would recommend it to anyone looking to take their profits to the next level.
