Choose the status Private customeror Corporate client(Business customer).

Upon selection Private customerthe following fields are available:

Upon selection Corporate client(Business customer) the following fields are available:
  • Company name
  • Salutation (Ms. and Mr.)

  • Post Code
  • place
The order is only delivered within Germany. The delivery of the order abroad is not possible.

You can find your address at any time after placing your order in your personal service area at Customer data> addressto change.

Enter under contact detailsYour email address. After ordering, an email with a link will be sent to your email address. The order will only be processed after you have confirmed the link in the email. You can access your e-mail address at any time after placing your order in your personal service area at Customer data> E-mail addressview and change.

alternative delivery address

Enter under Delivery addressenter a different delivery address within Germany if the order is not to be delivered to the billing address. If a different delivery address is specified, the order will be sent to the specified different delivery address. The order is only delivered within Germany. The delivery of the order abroad is not possible.

Hotline password

Enter under Hotline passworda hotline password. You need the hotline password to identify you when you call customer service and to log into your personal service world for the first time.

Criteria for a hotline password
The hotline password may consist of the following characters:
  • At least 8 and at most 20 characters.
  • At least one letter and at least one number.
  • No umlauts (ä, ö, ü) and no spaces or special characters.
You can access the hotline password at any time after placing your order in your personal service area at Customer data> Hotline passwordview and change.

SEPA procedure

Enter under SEPA procedureYour IBAN. The invoice amounts are collected from the specified IBAN using the SEPA procedure.
You can access your bank details at any time after placing your order in your personal service area at Customer data> Bank detailsview and change.

Choose I am participating in the SEPA direct debit procedure and hereby give Drillisch Online GmbH a SEPA direct debit mandateto issue the SEPA direct debit mandate to Drillisch Online GmbH.
